Join fitness pro Christoph Babka (@christophitness) for an interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training all set to a high-energy circuit beat.
This holistic approach to training integrates focus/intention, dynamic stretching, plyometric cardio drills, strength conditioning, core work and connection.
All levels welcome to join this high intensity athletic group training experience! Please bring a mat or towel for the floor work portion of bootcamp.
Please arrive by 7:45 — class begins promptly at 8am. The deck at the Boatslip is open at 7:30 if you’d like to stretch or meditate before class!
IF YOU HAVE NOT SIGNED THE WAIVER (ONE TIME), YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY TO THE BOATSLIP.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRANCE.
The Boatslip is a 21+ property. Please bring an ID for check-in.
Cancellations will be honored for class credit only.
We cannot provide reusable yoga mats at this time due to ongoing health concerns regarding COVID-19.
Please respect social distancing in accordance with all current guidelines at all times.
In the case of rain, classes will be canceled. The schedule will be updated with as much advance notice as possible.
