Outermost Yoga is a collaborative community of some of the world’s most talented yoga teachers, bodyworkers, healers, and wellness professionals.
Stefan Piscitelli, Director of Outermost Yoga, is a Yoga Alliance-registered (RYT 500 / E-RYT 200) Yoga Instructor, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and writer. Yoga has been the single-most powerful tool for transformation and healing in his life. Stefan’s commitment to authenticity and well-being inspired Outermost Yoga, through which he works toward empowering mindful lifestyles for hundreds of students. “Yoga is an attitude,” he believes. “At its core is the knowledge that one is, at best, divine, and at worst, divinely human.”
When he’s not sunbathing on the beaches of Cape Cod, he splits his time between the traffic in LA and various international retreats and endeavors. For private yoga, bodywork, and coaching, write to him directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Adam Ram Charan has been passionate about inner exploration and the practice of meditation and healing work for decades. He has spent the greater part of 25 years in India, gaining a deep appreciation and understanding of Eastern spiritual wisdom which informs his therapeutic bodywork practice as well as a burgeoning transformational coaching practice. He has completed over 2500 hours of training in Craniosacral Biodynamics, Ayurvedic Massage, Thai Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Somatic Movement Education, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and more. A devotee of sacred chanting, he has been a kirtan-wallah for 28 years. On our retreats, he offers the skills he’s gathered as a way to serve people’s need for releasing limiting beliefs and their attendant tensions from body and mind, to uncover the inherent wisdom, love, connectedness, and strength that lies within everyone’s core.
