7/28 Inversions Workshop w/ Serene



Learn the foundations of inversions and arm balances as we develop a deeper understanding of postural alignments and emphasize the mind/body practice of patience and balance. We will work with head-stands, forearm-stands and hand-stands, as well as different arm balances. Serene will introduce multiple variations as we learn to safely practice with and without a wall. Inversions help circulate blood and lymph, and are an amazing upper body and core workout.
